Marinated Red Mullet
Marinating any fish adds flavor and moisture to it and brings our delicious flavor.
- red mullet (choice of fish depends on dinner guests)
- olive oil
- rosemary (fresh or dry, amount according to taste)
- salt, pepper
- 2 garlic cloves,chopped
After cleaning the fish lightly salt it and let them it sit for an hour until the salt is absorbed.
Rinse, cover with flour and fry in plenty of oil.
When done remove them from the oil.
Add garlic to the oil with two spoonfuls of flour, the rosemary and three spoonfuls of vinegar.
Let simmer for a few minutes and then pour over the mullet.
