Trahana soup with katiki Domokou, honey & spoon sweets

Ingredients:

2 cups sour Trahana, preferably Cretan xinohondro
3 cups whole milk
3 cups water
1 cup crumbled katiki cheese or soft feta
4-6 Tbs Cretan thyme honey
4-6 Tbs orange or raisin spoon sweet 

Procedure:

Bring the tranaha, milk and water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally until the trahana is tender and thick as porridge. Remove from heat and serve in individual bowls. Top each serving with a heaping tablespoon of the cheese. Drizzle a tablespoon of honey and serve with a spoonful of orange or raisin spoon sweet.
