Pork with Celery
This is one of those dishes that reminds of the past when sophisticated food was far from the home; this prork and celery stew is unaltered, rough, simple but nutritious.
1 kg lean boneless pork cut in pieces
1 kg celery chopped
1 large dry onion chopped
tomato sauce or chopped tomato
1. Brown the pork on high heat in a casserole with a thin layer of oil.
2. Add the onions and sauté until transparent.
3. Add tomato, the rinsed celery, the browned pork, salt, pepper and water and simmer covered until the meat is tender.
