Green Salad with Grilled Chicken
Perfect for two, this healthy and satisfying salad is refreshingly delicious.
1 lettuce Iceberg,
1 lettuce Romaine,
1 bunch rocket,
100 g pine nuts
2 small pieces chicken breasts
1. Cut the chicken into thin strips and marinate with the salt, the pepper, the oil and the balsamic vinegar. Grill or sauté it in a frying pan.
2. Wash and chop the greens into thick pieces, sprinkle salt and pepper and place them on the plates.
3. Place sliced chicken on top of the greens, pour the oil and vinegar and add a bit of pine nuts.
