Bruschetta with tomatoes,thyme and xino-myzithra  traditional unpasteurised Greek cheese

A bruschetta with simple materials that hide them throughout the Mediterranean culture.

Ingredients:

8 slices of white village bread

24 cherry tomatoes

200 g. xino-myzithra traditional unpasteurised Greek cheese

4 sprigs fresh thyme

2 tablespoons olive oil

Procedure:

Bake the slices of bread on the grill.

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.

Once browned, spread the xino-myzithra and add the thyme.

Serve after spraying a bit of olive oil
