A bruschetta with the contrast of the sweet of strawberries and and sour of balsamic vinegar.
Two white baguettes thickly sliced
200 gr. chopped strawberries
1 cup fresh chopped basil.
8 tablespoons balsamic cream.
200 gr. cream cheese
Cut the baguette into small thin slices.
Bake the slices of bread on the grill.
Once browned, add the cream cheese.
Pour over chopped strawberries.
Serve by adding chopped basil and a tablespoon of balsamic cream on top.
