Bruschetta with Greek traditional anthotyro cheese, grape, molasses and walnuts
8 slices of multigrain bread
1 bunch white grapes
1 bunch of black grapes
½ cup. walnut
200 gr. Greek traditional soft anthotyro cheese
8 tablespoons molasses
Remove the grapes from the bunches and remove its seeds
Put them in a pan and bake them on the grill for 5 minutes to slightly wilt.
Bake the slices of bread on the grill.
Once browned, add the Greek traditional anthotyro cheese and the chopped walnuts on top.
Sprinkle with molasses and serve.
