Bruschetta with bresaola and Taleggio cheese

This bruschetta with bresaola and Taleggio goes well with a glass of cold dark beer.

Ingredients:

8 slices of village bread

8 slices Italian Taleggio cheese

8 pieces of green salad

8  finely sliced Bresaola Italian sausage

50 gr. Italian Ricotta cheese

Some olive oil

Procedure:

Bake the slices of bread on the grill.

Once browned, the brush with little ricotta and put it over the Taleggio little curly salad and Bresaola.

Serve by pouring over a little olive oil.
