Spaghetti with zucchini sauce
A mouth-watering recipe that brings summer to your plate!
Zucchini with thyme create a tasty combination that tastes delish when garnished with some feta cheese!
300 gr. zucchini
10-15 zucchini flower
1 clove garlic
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 tsp chopped basil
1 tsp thyme
500 gr. spaghetti
Salt and Pepper
Cut the zucchini into cubes and the zucchini flowers into stripes.
Lightly sauté the onion and the finely chopped garlic clove in 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Add the zucchini and continue to sauté for 3-4 minutes.
Add the zucchini flowers, some salt and pepper, sprinkle with basil, oregano and thyme, and cook for 4 more minutes.
Boil the pasta according to package directions, drain and then pour the remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil.
Mix the spaghetti with the zucchini and garnish with feta cheese.
