Mediterranean Fish fillets Recipe

Sardines are probably the most tasteful Mediterranean Fish filets. Today we cook them with tomato or herbs.

Ingredients:

Recipe with oregano
1 kg sardines filets
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tsp dry oregano
juice of one lemon
pepper

Recipe with tomato
1 kg sardines filets
400 gr tomatoes grated
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup parsley
pepper to taste

Procedure:

Lay down the fish on an ovenproof dish. Mix the rest of the ingredients and pour on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 o C for 30 minutes.
