Green Tea and Mint
The polyphenols and catechins in this sooting and aromatic green tea can improve your health.
- 2 tbs green tea
- 6 tbs sugar
- 1 handful of fresh mint leaves
- 6 cups of boiled water
- orange rinds or 1 tsp orange
Pour the green tea in a teapot and add the sugar, mint leaves and orange rinds.
Boil water in a kettle, then bring the kettle over the mixture and pour in the hot water.
Stir the mixture and let it infuse for 10-15 minutes.
