Moist, rich chocolate cake is everyone's favorite dessert.
- 300 gr. unsweetened chocolate, melted
- 250 gr. butter, melted
- 5 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup almond-kernel
- 1 cup self-rising flour
For the glaze
- 1/2 cup cream milk
- 125 gr unsweetened chocolate
Preheat oven at 170° C.
Beat the eggs with the sugar for approximately 5 minutes until they become fluffy and blend carefully with the flour, the almond-kernel, the butter and the chocolate.
Place the mixture in a 24 cm pull apart baking pan and bake for approximately 45 minutes.
Leave it to cool before applying the glaze.
Heat the cream milk and before it begins to boil stir in the unsweetened chocolate.
