Cabbage Salad with Red Florina Peppers
½ a cabbage finely chopped
3 red Florina peppers, diced in cubes
3 stalks of celery, finely chopped
1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
3 tablespoons white vinegar
½ teacup of extra virgin olive oil
salt and freshly ground pepper
1. Place the finely chopped cabbage and diced red Florina Peppers in a bowl. Add the finely chopped garlic and the parsley.
2. Combine everything well and chill in the fridge for 20 minutes.
3. When the salad is chilled, pour the oil and vinegar over, season with salt and pepper and serve.
