- Finely shred cabbage
- Chop onion
- Core, deseed and chop peppers
- Grate carrot
- Chop parsley
1. Place the cabbage in a bowl and add the onion, green and red peppers, carrot and grapes.
2. Mix together the yogurt and dressing.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Add to the vegetables and toss thoroughly.
5. Garnish with chopped parsley.
