- Finely chop the onion and garlic in brunoise
- Chop the parsley
1. Sautee the onion and garlic in 1 tablespoon Gaea P.D.O. Sitia Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
2. Combine the chicken with onion-garlic mixture and all remaining ingredients.
3. Serve over lettuce leaves or put into a sandwich with fresh country bread.
