- Crush garlic
- Remove the heads and shells from the prawns, leaving the tails intact. Halve each chilli lengthways and discard the seeds.
1. Heat the oil in a flameproof pan, suitable for serving. (Alternatively, use a frying pan and have a warmed serving dish ready in the oven.)
2. Add all the prawns, chilli and garlic to the pan and cook over a high heat for about 3 minutes, stirring until the prawns turn pink.
3. Season lightly with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
