Mozzarella, tomato and basil ciabatta

ingredients



1 medium-sized ciabatta
½ mozzarella ball, sliced
2-3 thin slices of tomato
2 tsp pesto sauce
lettuce or rocket leaves
salt, pepper"

instructions

1. Split and halve the ciabatta.

2. Spread the pesto generously on each slice.

3. To assemble: alternate mozzarella and tomato. Season well. Finish with the greens and the ciabatta top.

4. Wrap each sandwich individually and refrigerate until needed.
