- Peel, deseed and grate tomatoes
- Crush garlic
- Finely slice celery
1. Place the tomatoes and the water in a pan and bring to a boil.
2. Add the remaining ingredients except for the macaroni, and simmer for 20 minutes.
3. Remove the onion and the garlic, add the macaroni and cook until the pasta is ready.
4. If the soup becomes too thick, add a little water to thin it. Season with salt and pepper.
