ingredients

2 tbs green tea
6 tbs sugar
1 handful of fresh mint leaves
6 cups of boiled water
orange rinds or 1 tsp orange
blossomwater

instructions

1.  Pour the green tea in a teapot and add the sugar, mint leaves and orange rinds or blossomwater.

2.  Boil water in a kettle, then bring the kettle over the mixture and pour in the hot water.

3.  Stir the mixture and let it infuse for 10-15 minutes.
