Dessert: Dried figs and walnuts wrapped in vine leafs (Sikomayades)

ingredients

250 g dried figs
250 gwalnuts chopped
1 bottle sweet red wine
vine leafs warmed

instructions

Preheat oven at 200° C.

  • Chop walnuts

1.  Cut the figs in thick pieces and knead them with the walnuts.

2.  Create small spheres and roll them in the vine leafs.

3.  Place them in a pan and pour the wine on top.

4.  Bake in the oven at a high temperature until the wine becomes syrupy.
