Bruschetta with grilled cherry tomatoes and Greek traditional cheese metsovone

4 slices of bread

16 cherry tomatoes

4 tsp basil pesto

4 slices Greek traditional smoked cheese metsovone

8 fresh basil leaves


Spread the pesto on the the bread, add the Greek cheese metsovone and the tomatoes and grill until toasted and until the cheese is melted.

Sprinkle some olive oil and some chopped basil and serve.
