Bruschetta with Greek traditional Manouri cheese, figs, honey and walnuts

8 slices of village bread

200 gr. Greek traditional Manouri cheese

8 fresh black figs

½ cup. honey

½ cup. walnuts


Bake the slices of bread on the grill.

Once toasted, spread the Greek traditional manouri cheese,  and add a thin sliced fid on top.

Serve by pouring over a spoonful of honey.
