450 gr. spaghetti
1 tbsp oil
2 red chili peppers seeded, chopped
6 slices bacon without rind into pieces
3/4 fli. mascarpone
1/2 cup. chopped fresh basil
1. Boil the spaghetti in a wide saucepan according to package directions. Strain.
2. In a pan heat the oil and sauté the bacon and chilli for 5 minutes or until the bacon to crispy.
3. In the pot add the spaghetti chili, bacon, mascarpone, basil and pepper. Mix them to join.
4. Serve putting parmesan on top.
