Sun-dried tomato dip

Ingredients

A jar of sun-dried tomatoes in oil with herbs (no capers)
2 tbsp oregano (or a handful - Do not Fear)
2 tsp cayenne pepper
2-3 cloves of garlic
olive oil
coarse salt

Procedure

In a food processor beat well the whole of the sun-dried tomatoes jar along with the garlic and oil. 

Add the oregano, pepper, salt and more olive oil if needed and continue beating until you get the right consistency. 

Tips
Goes well with Feta cheese & BBQ pita bread
