Potatoes Antinaxtes

½ kg. small potatoes
1 wine glass white wine
½ Tbs fresh coriander
½ Tbs boukovo
½ cup seed oil
salt & pepper


 Heat the seed oil in a frying pan, add the potatoes and fry until well browned. Use a spoon to remove the oil from the frying pan and add the wine. Season with boukovo, salt and pepper and cook until soft pressing the potatoes with a spoon to crack them and cook well inside. Garnish with well-chopped coriander and serve warm.

The potatoes must be small for this recipe and they are cooked with their skin on.
