Sauce: Almond Sauce

180 gr finely chopped almonds
1 clove mashed garlic
4 tbs butter
2 tbs lemon juice
1 tbs dry white vermouth
4 tbs heavy cream
salt and pepper
4 tbs broth



 Almond Sauce:

1.  Toast the almonds in the butter in a non sticking pan until they turn golden brown.

2.  Add garlic and pour in the lemon juice and the vermouth.

3.  Add heavy cream and stir.


You may add button mushrooms to make it richer
