Spinach souffle

Ingredients

1/2 cups green onions
1 tbs. butter
1 pkg. spinach (chopped)
1 cup feta cheese
1 cup milk
1/2 cup all purpose flour
3 eggs
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 tbs. parmesan cheese (grated)
a dash of nutmeg powder or all spice

Procedure

Preheat oven at 180° C.

1. Cook onions in butter.

2. Mix in (preboiled and very well drained) spinach.

3. In greased casserole dish layer spinach and feta.

4. Put all the other ingredients in blender and mix well.

5.  Pour over casserole. Bake  for about 35 minutes.
