Avocado Mousse with Fresh Vegetables

2 large ripe avocado
1 cup fresh cream
2-3 garlic cloves
salt & pepper
fresh raw vegetables of your preference: carrots, squash, peppers, cauliflower
Open the avocados lengthwise, remove the pit and peel them.
Grind the garlic cloves in the blender.
Add the avocado, fresh cream, nutmeg, salt and pepper and blend until they become a homogeneous mixture.
Cool for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
When buying avocado it is important to feel and press them softly to see if they are ripe.
