Preheat the oven at 180°C.
Combine the flour, the baking powder, the cinnamon the walnuts and the salt.
Beat the butter with the sugar until the mixture turns white and then add the eggs, the milk and the vanilla.
Combine the mixture with the flour and then add the raisins.
Using a spoon spread the mixture on the non-stick baking pan and bake for 10 minutes.
Leave for 5 minutes to cool and then remove with a spatula.
