Spicy Mustard

Servings: 8

4 tbs diced white onion
4 habanero chillies, seeds, stems removed crushed
1 tbs minced garlic
2 tbs grounded cilantro
2 tbs sesame oil
2 star anise crushed fine
2 tbs minced lemon zest
1 1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup strong Dijon mustard or
2 oz (55 gr) dry mustard


1.  Dice onions. Crush star anise.

2.  Remove seeds and stems from chillies and crush.

3. Mince garlic and lemon zest.

4. Combine all ingredients.
