1 kg of minced beef, ground twice
100 gr. of onion, finely grated
2 cloves of garlic, minced (optional)
4 bread for burger
1 tsp. of dried oregano
2 tbs of mint, finely chopped
2 tbs of parsley, finely chopped
2-3 tbs of olive oil
8 slices of cheddar cheese
freshly ground pepper
Place the minced meat in a large bowl.
Add the remaining ingredients and knead until combined well.
Smooth the surface and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
Remove mince from the fridge and form into patties. Grill. Everyone enjoys grilled burgers.
