Preheat the oven at 180° C.
Grate unsweetened chocolate.
Combine the flour, the baking powder and the salt.
In another bowl beat the butter; the sugar, the brown sugar and the vanilla, until mixture becomes fluffy then add the eggs one by one.
Continue stirring in the flour and add the walnuts the raisins and the chocolate.
Using a spoon spread the mixture on non-stick baking sheets on the pan and bake for approximately 10 minutes.
When ready leave them to cool for about 5 minutes and carefully remove with a spatula.
