Preheat oven at 170 º C.
Combine all ingredients, apart from the white chocolate, until a smooth dough is formed.
Allow it to rest for ½ hour in the refrigerator.
Spread the dough in a pastry sheet of 5 mm and using a heart-shaped cookie cutter cut as many cookies as you can.
Place cookies on baking pan and bake for 12-15 minutes at 160-170 ºC until dough becomes firm.
When ready, remove baking pan from oven and let them cool down.
Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler and when ready remove it from the double boiler and stir until it cools considerably, around 30 ºC.
Dip half of each of the biscuit in the white chocolate and then place on a cooking sheet.
Place them in the refrigerator for 15 minutes and then on a serving platter.
