Nikoletta Delatola-Foskolou was born in the island of Tinos, where she currently lives. She is married and has three children. She spends her time cooking traditional Cycladic recipes.
In 1996 she published the book Traditional recipes from Tinos. She has hosted radio shows on Greek cooking and has worked for television shows with Elias Mamalakis, Niko Stergidi, Rika Vagianni and Sophia Aliberti. Her latest book Recipes from the Cyclades was published in 2006.
She has been invited to cook meals from the Cyclades at the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone (California), at the Friends of OINEA Wine Club (Athens), at Militos (Salonica) and at the Cultural Club of Philhellenes of Basel (Switzerland).
