Asparagus Rice Pilaf
This healthy and satisfying vegetarian meal is so easy to prepare and so flavorful. The crunchy asparagus pieces add such a wonderful texture.
1 batch wild asparagus
some olive oil
one onion, finely chopped
1 cup rice for pilaf
salt and pepper
1. Clean and chop asparagus in 3-4 cm pieces.
2. Place the oil in the pot and sauté the onion. Add the asparagus and stir with a wooden ladle.
3. Add two and a half glasses of water, salt, and pepper.
4. Once the mixture begins to boil pour in the rice and leave it to boil on a medium temperature until it is ready.
