Avocado Mousse with Fresh Vegetables
Avocado is an especially nutritious vegetable that can be used for making a number of scrumptious dishes, such as this sensuous creamy mousse. Its a light scrumptious dish that can be served with fresh raw vegetables cut into sticks or florets.
- 2 large ripe avocado
- 1 cup fresh cream
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- nutmeg powder
- salt & pepper
- fresh raw vegetables of your preference: carrots, squash, peppers, cauliflower
Open the avocados lengthwise, remove the pit and peel them.
Grind the garlic cloves in the blender.
Add the avocado, fresh cream, nutmeg, salt and pepper and blend until they become a homogeneous mixture.
Cool for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
