A variety of fresh breads, a garden or terrace, evening light, and this white cottage cheese dip! This sauce is very Mediterranean in nature and delicious!
- 2-3 cucumbers,peeled and diced
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1 cup cream
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 2-3 cloves garlic
- sunflower oil
- 3 hard boiled eggs
If blending the mixture, coarsely chop the dill. If not, finely chop
Starting from cold water calculate exactly 14 minutes.
In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese, cream, crushed walnuts and garlic, the oil, finely chopped dill and salt.
For a totally smooth result beat the mixture, or for a chunky result mix with a spoon .
Pour into a shallow, wide bowl and garnish with hard boiled eggs cut in quarter (don't forget to season the eggs!).
