No image available A North African mixture of all the best spices, ground and combined by each merchant according to his recipe and the customer's needs. There are three types called Lamarazia, L'msagne and Monuza, and all would typically include or combine cardamom, clove, cumin, coriander, peppercorn, tumeric, nutmeg, chili pepper and cinnamon. It is used in almost all dishes, on meat and in rice.
