  • The place: The raw material is the Moschofilero, charismatic for producing carbonated wines, from the privately owned vineyards of the company at Avlotopi Rizon, at Arcadia. Gifted, with unique characteristics, for a native variety, such as an aromatic potential in combination with a cool acidity, the Moschofilero has inspired many wine producers to become involved with the area.
  • The people: Mantinia has not disappointed those that trusted her by investing in her excellent dynamic. Continuing the work of a group of pioneers, Giannis Tselepos came from Pafos to create at Rizes his own vineyard. Together with a competent group of experienced enologist he vinifies the native variety, while he also produces fine, red wines. The person behind the bottle's name is the wife of the wine producer, Amalia!
  • The wine: Light yellow color, with green youth tinges and an insistent cord of  small and fine bubbles. In its aroma you can distinguish the variety’s characteristic rose, as well as aromas of dough and honey. In the mouth it is lively, sparkling, with intense dioxide and an adequate duration.
  • The harmony: It is a brut wine, an ideal companion to start a meal. It accompanies salty appetizers and seafood dishes. In the spirit of the holidays, try it with a unique, Greek deli, the avgotaracho Messolonghiou.
